Teenage Skin
Skin Type Description
Because there is a shift in the hormones during the teenage years, acne can be a problem. The most important thing you can do for yourself, daughter or son is to properly care for their skin. Do not over cleanse or strip the skin even though TV commercials lead you to believe it is a good idea. The best thing you can do is keep it simple. Cleanse, Tone, Moisturize and don't pick if you have acne. It is best to have a professional do the extractions so you don't spread the bacteria.
